One of the perks of adblock! Perhaps limit it to no more than 66,000 square pixels of advertising total, in any shape or size so long as it's not more than that. That's enough for two standard *468 x 60* banners ((468 * 60) * 2 = 56,160), a Leaderboard (728 * 90 = 65 520) or even a small rectangle ad.
