The files I uploaded on the 15th and 16th are on the mirrors but those uploaded on the 18th (one day ago) aren't. In addition, the page at http://mirrors.mozdev.org/ says "If a mirror appears greyed-out, it is currently unavailable". At the moment, ALL the mirrors listed are greyed out!
