mozdev does occasionally get projects that aren't extensions; e.g., 
http://xulplanet.mozdev.org,
http://mycroft.mozdev.org, and the forthcoming online version of Mozilla's 
McCoy tool, to name a
few (would be nice if that were mccoy.mozdev.org, no?). Some of these projects 
probably don't need
CVS :)
