Hi Alex,

You are right. The policy probably doesn't cover all possible scenarios since 
each adoption
situation will be slightly unique. Just as laws of the land often don't cover 
all scenarios and
must be interpreted and applied to each situation individually, so it is with 
this policy.

In the particular scenario you describe, I imagine mozdev would introduce the 
project owner
to the potential adopter via email or IRC and ask the two parties to 
communicate directly.
