I think what Doug has been doing is moving items into the 'Completed Tasks' section below and promoting items into the main section.
Here's the list of stuff not yet done AFAIK: * File upload using common protocols * Redesign site * Add code search * Centralized account management system * Add a light-weight bug tracking option * Add the Subversion revision control system.
