Hi,

Maybe we can use some space on the site for selling advertisements (totally
unobtrusive). This would make us profitable. Does being a non-profit have
any implications on this?

Next setup some wiki/team-page for people who want to volunteer for the
IT/Sysadmin work and walk them through some induction.

Setup some recurring meeting/conf/IRC appointment using Google Calendar etc.
IRC will certainly come in handy for those who live on the other side of the
globe and find voice communication a difficulty.
