There are still a lot of junk submissions to this list. Sometime back someone promised to change the page to make it clearer that the projects submitted should be mozilla related. And to add a box where the submitter has to state how and why their project is so related.
If the present module owner is too busy can one of the volunteers in that section be given access to change that webpage? TIA.
