No, quite unfortunately. It can build on Windows, but some of the kernels 
will have a segfault once launched (even if it is an empty kernel, funny 
enough). It might be NVRTC-related. I'll continue to find a solution but I 
cannot guarantee. If I find anything I'll post it here.
