Hello, I am currently experiencing some issues between the wheel of a vehicle model and another body (a simple rock) while using the SCM Deformable Terrain model. The issue occurs when the wheel of the vehicle collides with the rock while driving. In certain cases, the wheel passes directly through the rock body without any collision occurring at all.
This issue seems to be related to the number of faces in the contact mesh for either the wheel or the rock. In order to improve performance, I am using lower-resolution meshes, loaded from OBJ files, for both the wheel and the rock. It seems that switching back to a high-resolution contact mesh for either the rock or the wheel fixes this issue. Are there any known reasons that collisions would behave very differently between low-resolution bodies and high-resolution bodies? Is there any solution to this besides using meshes with more faces, and decreasing performance?
