Doesn't look like it finds a CUDA compiler at all. It appears that /usr/bin is checked but it's not found there. Please make sure your CUDA installation is in PATH. Maybe the troubleshooting part of this section <https://github.com/projectchrono/DEM-Engine?tab=readme-ov-file#compilation> of DEME manual can help you.
