That's good to know. I'd like to note that depending on the model of your 
GPU and the problem you are running, it could be natural that the actual 
consumption is a bit far from the power limit. But as you said, it could 
also be related to the driver. DEME does not touch the driver so I would 
say if you don't update the driver out of the CUDA installation supported 
range, then it should be fine.
