The unnamed man said he had immediately decided to marry his cousin as he was impressed by her “beauty and young age.” “Just after the wedding, I was shocked to find that the bride was her sister, who is older and less beautiful than her,” he said, quoted by the Saudi Arabic language daily Sabq. “I felt that I was deceived by my uncle so I divorced her on the next day….I have now taken the idea of marrying again off my mind.” The paper did not say where the man lives in Saudi Arabia.
