Einstein mulanya warganegara Jerman yang asalnya Yahudi dari Russia, kemudian 
pindah kerja pada pemerintah Amerika dan masuk warganegara Amerika.  Setelah 
Jerman kalah dalam perang dunia kedua, Einstein dipenjarakan dituduh mata2 
Russia dan membunuh rekan-nya yang juga seorang ahli yang bekerja pada Amerika.

Sebelum Einstein diadili dan di Vonis, dia serangan jantung dipenjara, kemudian 
diangkut kerumah sakit dan meninggal.

Karena peranan politiknya yang begitu luas didunia Internasional, akhirnya dia 
diakui sebagai penemu teori relativitas, padahal teori ini sebelumnya telah 
ditemukan ahli lainnya.  Itulah sebabnya, karena dia belum diadili dan belum di 
vonis, maka akhirnya pemerintah Amerika menarik semua tuduhannya setelah 
Einstein meninggal dunia sehingga seluruh penemuan Einstein dijadikan milik 
Amerika.
