Jangan sampai orang disekitarmu mengetahui bahwa dirimu sedang berpuasa...
Biarlah Tuhan saja yang tahu kalau dirimu sedang berpuasa...
Selama berpuasa hiduplah dalam kesucian lahir dan batin...
Jaga kelakuan, tutur kata, cara berpikir dan yang paling terutama adalah
berdoa.....
Maka apabila hal-hal diatas kamu lakukan maka niscaya amal puasamu akan
mendapatkan berkat dari Tuhan...
