VIVAnews - Polisi, Senin 21 Mei 2013 menegaskan, perkenalan antara pelaku pemotongan kelamin, NN (22) dengan korban, Abdul Muhyi (21) diketahui baru terjalin sejak 4 bulan yang lalu. "Intensnya baru 2 bulan terakhir, dan baru 2 kali ketemu," ujar Kapolsek Pamulang, Kompol M Nasir, Selasa, 21 Mei 2013. Nasir menuturkan, perkenalan tersebut dimulai Muhyi yang pertama kali missed call ke nomer ponsel pelaku. "Memang awalnya mereka salah sambung, tapi pas si korban nanya, kamu Umay (nama panggilan pelaku) ya? Akhirnya, kenal dan seperti itu," ucap Nasir. Setelah perkenalan itu, hubungan keduanya menjadi cukup dekat. Bahkan, mereka sempat sekali bertemu, namun Nasir tidak mengetahui di mana mereka pertama kali bertemu. "Pada hari senin, mereka berjanji bertemu di daerah Pamulang," ungkap Nasir lagi. Ketika bertemu, NN kemudian diajak Muhyi berkeliling. Dan akhirnya Muhyi memaksa NN melakukan hubungan badan hingga dua kali. "Di daerah wilayah Sawangan sekali, menurut dia nggak selesai karena lingkungan nggak mendukung. Bergerak mencari tempat lagi lalu dipaksa melakukan itu lagi," kata Nasir. NN yang tidak bisa melawan paksaan Muhyi menjadi sakit hati akibat perlakuan tersebut. NN akhirnya memotong kelamin Muhyi dengan pisau cutter yang tidak sengaja ditemukannya. Nasir menambahkan, setelah memotong kelamin, NN tidak melarikan diri. Bahkan ia sempat menawarkan pertolongan kepada Muhyi. "Pelaku sempet bilang 'ayo kita ke Rumah Sakit', tapi korban jalan sendiri. Lalu pelaku ditinggal sendirian," sambung Nasir. NN kemudian naik angkot ke arah Slipi. Lalu, naik angkot lain lagi ke arah Serpong. Menurut Nasir, NN juga sempat membawa HP Esia milik korban. NN rencananya akan dititipkan di lapas wanita Tangerang. Ia dikenakan Pasal 351 ayat (2) KUHP tentang penganiayaan berat dengan ancaman 5 tahun penjara dan Pasal 363 KUHP tentang pencurian dengan ancaman 7 tahun penjara.
