BBC NEWS Four die in Baghdad mosque attack
At least four people have been killed in a mortar attack on a Sunni mosque in Baghdad, Iraqi police have said. At least six people were also injured when several mortar rounds hit the al-Ali al-Aadhim mosque in the south of the Iraqi capital. The blasts happened as worshippers were leaving the mosque after prayers. Separately, the Iraqi military said it killed nine insurgents and held another 16 in fighting across the country over the past 24 hours. The US military announced that 33 rebels were killed in a day-long fighting south of Baghdad five days ago.
