Woman held over maid's death By ARAB NEWS Published: Oct 29, 2010 00:14 Updated: Oct 29, 2010 00:14 QURAYAT: Police have arrested a Saudi woman in connection with the death of her 35-year-old maid in Qurayat, north of the Kingdom, earlier this week. According to police, the maid arrived at Qurayat General Hospital with burns and bruises all over her body and later died from her injuries. According to officers, the victim had worked for her sponsor for two years. She claimed that she came home one night and found her maid injured and beaten. The maid allegedly told the sponsor that a foreigner attacked her and spilled hot water over her body. Police are still investigating.
