nDeboost pernah "diskusi amatiran" dg kawan seperjalanan. Pemerintah setup ambang ga boleh korupsi, misal 1 Maret 2011 dg limit misal Rp 3miliard. Kalau mulai dan setelah tgl tsb tertangkan => (limit 3 M), misalnya dead penalthy. Termasuk didalamnya misalnya menerima bunga bank dimana sesungguhnya dia ga berhak. Lalu 1M<Korupsi<3M misalnya 10<tahun penjara<=20 tahun.
Sambil jalan, "metani" kasus korupsi sebelumnya namun hukumannya yah spt sekarang. > > http://english.aljazeera.net/video/asia-pacific/2010/11/2010112053018672\ 997.html > > > 'Open prison' for Indonesia's rich > 'Taking holidays' from jail not uncommon in Southeast Asian nation where corruption runs deep. > Last Modified: 20 Nov 2010 08:52 GMT > > Corruption has always been a big problem in Indonesia, and it seems that the issue runs deep, even in prisons. > > In the latest scandal to shock the country, a detained tax official - on trial for corruption involving millions of dollars - was photographed at a tennis tournament in Bali wearing a wig and glasses.
