Menurut Jawatan Meteorologi temperatur di Leidn berada disekeitar minus satu derajat celcius. Jadi rutin. Setelah push up saya jogging dengan berlapis-lapis t-shirt dan pakaian jogging lainnnya.. Nggak ada yang istimewa, kecuali kanal yang hampir semua yang saya lihat ditutupi lapisan es yang tidak terlalu tebal. Betul-betul rutin.
