Ngurus investasi di daerah itu ga lebih dr bagi2 duit ke bupati, anggota DPR, kapolres dan cecunguk2nya, lalu ijin itu akan keluar, investasi itu bisa termasuk ngebalak hutan ratusan ribu hektar, hehehe....
Yg punya ijin itu bisa langsung kaya dpt ratusan milyar atau lebih krn ijin itu lalu dijual ke pihak asing, yg lalu ngegarap proyeknya.
