Menduduki tempat di UNHCR bukan berarti pengakuan PBB bahwa hak-hak azasi 
manusia dihormati di Indonesia..

Diberita itu juga dijelaskan bahwa RRT, Saudi Arabia dan Angola (dan Lybia juga 
tadinya) yang juga bukan kampiun hak-hak azasi manusia juga duduk di UNHCR itu..
