Kalo masung orang sakit jiwa itu ngelanggar HAM, maka nyuri duit rakyat yg sehrsnya bisa dipake unt ngerawat orang sakit jiwa itu sama sekali ga ngelanggar HAM, bahkan kalo ga divonis bersalah oleh pengadilan, maka dianggap sbg sebuah kesuksesan, krn bisa jadi orang kaya yg nunjukin bhw Indonesia itu negara yg makmur dan berhasil, hehehe...
