terlalu rendah.

RRC sebenarnya memakai pola mirip pameo di era Warkop, "naik gratis turun
bayar" ( naik bus kota ), sedang negara yg terkena krisis lebih banyak
memakai pameo " elu jual gua beli, elu beli gua jual "

Padahal disaat pameo naik gratis turun bayar, ada sedikit yg naik gratis
turun pun gratis terutama aku ketika masih sekolah, dimana ditagih kondektur

pameo " naik gratis turun bayar ".

RRC memakai pola "naik gratis turun bayar" dimana utk investor yg masuk

investor masuk membawa uang, sedang uang yg dibawa investor tanpa sadar

Sampai sampai Amerika malah hutangnya menjadi menggunung, padahal hutang
cina yg mampu melakukan apapun yg dimau i oleh partai.

melakukan sesuatu utk negara.

terlaksana ).

So ?

Equal Trade

In free trade, currency must find its way back to the country of origin, if
not, it will cost significant impact to a country’s economy [1]. For
example, in the U.S. when a Chinese company receives U.S. dollars for their
sale of goods, these dollars must eventually find their way back to the U.S.
since in China, the yuan is their currency. Thus, the Chinese company may
exchange the dollars to a bank in China for yuans, but eventually that bank
will reinvest those dollars back in the U.S., perhaps in U.S. treasuries,
investing or taking control of U.S. companies, or in commercial real estate,
etc.

Sometimes this principle is not respected in a country’s monetary policy. In
the U.S., there is a serious violation of this free trade reinvestment
principle due to one of its tax codes. For multinational corporations, cash
earned abroad stays abroad due to a deferred taxation allowance passed by
congress that foolishly allows U.S. companies to keep U.S. dollars abroad.
If it were brought back, it would be subject to corporate tax that can cost
as much as 35 percent. The result, according to The New York Times [2], an
estimated $1.375 trillion is being held outside the U.S. by 519 American
multinational companies. This tax law violates this principle of free trade
as well, since money is not returning to the country of origin, the U.S., in
a timely manner. And there is no incentive to return the money to the U.S.
The results: increases in the national debt due to tax losses, losses in
U.S. investment to create jobs, and other related loss of employment
(because money needs circulate to create employment). Just 10% of this money
would create over 2 million jobs. For example, using simple economic math
for an annual U.S. salary of $60,000 would yield:

$1.35 trillion/$60,000 salary x 10%=2.25 Million Jobs

This is entirely possible as loss of government taxes equates to government
job losses never mind the possibility that this money might be used by
companies to invest in U.S. job growth activities. Meanwhile, U.S. citizens
get the bill to help pay off the lost government revenue that creates
national debt.

The creation of the Euro itself is another major violation of this principle
and an overlooked problem in Europe for trade deficit countries like Italy,
Greece, Spain and Portugal with their debt crises. Many countries trade
throughout Europe as well as China and the U.S. When China receives Euros
from Greece for example, they must reinvest them somewhere. However, with
the Euro system, they do not have to return this money to the country of
origin and these Euros can be reinvested anywhere in Europe. The wise choice
is to reinvest those Euros in a country that is more solvent like Germany
and not return the money back to Greece. Thus it is likely that the
insolvent countries do not see much of their trade deficit Euros back. And
this is a key overlooked problem to the European financial crisis.
Therefore, the Euro ends up being redistributed to the solvent countries
leaving the insolvent countries like Greece and Spain with less and less
Euros invested in their economies.

This is no small matter. For example, Portugal, Greece, Spain, and Italy
have had typical trade deficits ranging from 3 percent to 10 percent of each
county’s GDP, depending on the year. If this money is rarely reinvested back
into these countries, over say a 15 year period, it can add up in
substantial Euro losses of the order of magnitude of a country’s GDPs and
significantly reduce their working capital, hurt the circulation of money
needed to sustain job growth, and increase their debt problems. Meanwhile
the Euros may end up say in the German economy, but the crisis drags down
the value of this currency and all countries lose. However, right now,
Greece is the biggest loser and will likely default soon on their debt. The
only solution at this point in the view of the author may be to unify Europe
similar to the U.S. or go back to Europe’s prior monetary system. While
there are many economists discussing the European debt crisis, we have not
heard any mention of this key issue which must, in this author’s opinion, be
part of their solution.

Here this simple violation of free trade reinvestment principle is costing
millions of global jobs worldwide.
