A series of unsolved murders on the private property of one of the world's
biggest gold and copper mines in Indonesia's far east has left nine people dead
since September.

Government authorities blame fighters belonging to an armed Papua independence
movement for the killings, but human rights activists accuse security personnel
of committing the murders.

Al Jazeera's Step Vaessen reports on the controversy with exclusive footage she
obtained from West Papua, which bans foreign journalists from entering.
