Hello Prometheus community, We are excited to announce the release of Prometheus 2.47.0.
This release adds an experimental OpenTelemetry (OTLP) Ingestion feature, and also a new setting keep_dropped_targets to limit the amount of dropped targets held in memory. There are also performance improvements, and native histograms got some more improvements and bugfixes too. This version is compiled with Go 1.21.0. You can find the full changelog and download Prometheus 2.47.0 at https://github.com/prometheus/prometheus/releases/tag/v2.47.0.
