Hi, Is there any open-source Java library that would handle encoding/decoding XOR chunks made by community? Useful for example for using the newest Prometheus Remote Read <https://prometheus.io/blog/2019/10/10/remote-read-meets-streaming/#solution>or Thanos StoreAPI that exposes chunk encoding?
