Hi everyone,

Following our recent community discussions, I am officially calling for a
vote to adopt the proposed new governance structure for the Prometheus
project.
*The Proposal & Context*

You can review the finalized governance document that we are voting on here:

   Proposed Governance (GOVERNANCE.md)

This proposal is the result of the feedback and discussions over the years.
We previously shared the draft here:

*Voting Logistics*

   -

*Eligibility:* Feedback and thoughts from the broader community are
entirely welcome on this thread! However, please note that *only votes
from current prometheus-team members will be counted* toward the final
   result.
   -

*Duration:* This vote will remain open for *two weeks* (closing on

Siavash Safi, Suraj Nath and many others I am missing for all the patient
feedback guiding us on this journey.

Best regards,
Goutham Veeramachaneni
