What do you mean by resolved? In this specific case, a certificate within the chain expired earlier than the "last" certificate (i.e. domain certificate). Therefore, blackbox_exporter reports the expiration timestamp of the non-domain certificate because it is the earliest expiring certificate in the chain (as the metric name suggests). This behavior is very helpful when deciding about "When is my site going to break for users?".
