Hi Carlos,

we also have MongoDB Enterprise managed by the Ops Manager. But we still 
use the MongoDB Exporter from Percona to collect metrics from our MongoDB 
clusters.
Although the Ops Manager also shows you nice metrics about MongoDB it 
really helps to also have the metrics in Prometheus. Especially when your 
approach is to implement alerting rules as well.

For example:
We have a main dashboard for each of our micro services. If a micro service 
is using a dedicated MongoDB cluster we also show relevant panels (e.g. 
scanned objects, index usage statistics, Top commands like WriteLocks) 
within that dashboard directly from Prometheus.

Try it out and see what fits best to your needs. In our case Grafana und 
Prometheus for alerting is the way to go for us.
