Yes, have a look at the Blackbox Exporter ( https://github.com/prometheus/blackbox_exporter), which is meant for that purpose. This blog post has a short tutorial on HTTP-200 checking: https://www.robustperception.io/checking-for-http-200s-with-the-blackbox-exporter (note the blog post is a bit dated, so you might want to insert newer versions of the components)
