However, the signal is noisy (inconsistent) over time window is always moving. Looking for a way to fix time windows by exact time to capture my signal- e.g. fixed time buckets 05-26-2020 12:00 05-26-2020 12:04 05-26-2020 12:08 05-26-2020 12:12 ..
