The Network Exporter <https://github.com/syepes/network_exporter> is a mix of the blackbox-exporter <https://hub.docker.com/r/prom/blackbox-exporter/> and smokeping <https://github.com/SuperQ/smokeping_prober> with more specific features and metrics but specially with the addition of the MTR <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MTR_(software)>module (traceroute).
