wow, thank you very much for your help. In the git repo the sample 
web-config.yml uses tls_config. You have helped me a lot. Actually I have 
now :

level=info ts=2020-06-04T07:27:38.559Z caller=tls_config.go:200 msg="TLS is 
enabled and it cannot be disabled on the fly." http2=true

I guess that is good... I have tried to curl https://localhost:9100/metrics 
but received "connection refused". Actually I think that is a server 
problem and not a node_exporter config problem. Would you agree with me? Is 
there any other way to verify that is everything setup right
