For monitoring with Istio on Kubernetes, as per my understanding Istio is integrated out of box with Prometheus TSDB and monitoring system. However I don't see any istio-related metrics reporting to Prometheus Query UI like istio_requests_total.. I used stable/prometheus-operator helm chart to deploy prometheus. Did I miss any configuration for getting Istio metrics on boarding Prometheus??
