Not sure I understand. Are you using Prometheus with Alertmanager? If so, the resolve_timeout option should only be relevant in very rare cases as Prometheus will send the EndsAt field. See also the note in the docs about it: https://prometheus.io/docs/alerting/latest/configuration/ Can you explain in more detail how your setup looks, what you are doing, what you are expecting and what happens instead?
