The general rule is that prometheus requires a posix compliant filesystem, with a strong recommendation for local storage. Local storage is recommended for reliability, which is key for a monitoring system, and also to prevent mistakes like pointing 2 instances in the same data directory. We have frequent reports of corruptions from various remote storage filesystems. > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "Prometheus Users" group. > To unsubscribe from this group and stop receiving emails from it, send an > email to [email protected]. > To view this discussion on the web visit > https://groups.google.com/d/msgid/prometheus-users/4fb44f06-47f8-4d7a-960f-6c5bc6fb67cbn%40googlegroups.com. -- Julien Pivotto @roidelapluie -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Prometheus Users" group.
