That's invalid. "targets" is a list, so you need to mark the list items:
- targets:
- site01.localhost
labels:
group: slack01
Also "labels" and "targets" must line up exactly. In your post you had two
characters before "targets" (dash and space) but you had three spaces
before "labels".
