The most thorough way to do this is to set the environment as an external label on your Prometheus servers. This will be passed to Alertmanager. If you are using one AM cluster for all environments, make sure to group_by: [ 'environment' ] in your routing configuration.
Then each alert group (the unit that an email is sent about) will have the environment label as a common label, and ut will be part of the subject in the default template. /MR On Sat, Feb 27, 2021, 16:56 Myocptest User <[email protected]> wrote: > Nobody any ideas or suggestions? > > On Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 5:12:14 PM UTC+1 Myocptest User wrote: > >> Gents, >> >> I'm trying to setup alertmanager within multiple aro environment. >> However, I've on mail account for this available.
