Probably you need VictoriaMetrics <https://github.com/VictoriaMetrics/VictoriaMetrics/> instead of ClickHouse. It is built on top of ClickHouse architecture ideas, which give good performance. It provides PromQL-like query language instead of SQL - MetricsQL <https://victoriametrics.github.io/MetricsQL.html> - which is better suited for typical queries for monitoring.
