Hi Edwin, 'Context deadline exceeded' errors are effectively timeouts, something is not responding to a request in the given timeframe. I would recommend trying to replicate the requests being made to see if you can figure out where the timeout is happening.
Failing that, I would raise the issue with the mysql_exporter repository directly - this mailing list is primarily for user of the Prometheus server itself rather than any one exporter.
