Hi, As per my understanding the Prometheus is a pull based mechanism. However, I would like to check if there is anyway to write data from the application to prometheus instead of scraping data from application?
I know it is possible using push gateway. But I am trying to avoid using push gateway. Please let me know, if the prometheus can expose a writer endpoint for the applications to send the data to prometheus.
