The error seems to be referring to "http".  Is 10.250.219.87 the IP address 
of the Prometheus server?  If so the problem is with 
prometheus->alertmanager communication.  How have you configured 
Alertmanager to use TLS?  Have you configured it to require a valid client 
certificate?  If so, there's probably an error with that configuration.
