2. Voter Opt-In & Eligibility Verification As we prepare the ballots for 
the upcoming Condorcet voting process, we are asking all eligible voters to 
explicitly 
opt-in <https://civs1.civs.us/cgi-bin/opt_in.pl> to ensure you receive your 
voting link. If you do not opt-in, you will not receive your ballot in your 
email, and you will not be able to vote.

Before opting in, please verify that your email address is correctly 
documented in both of the following locations:

3. What if my name or email is missing? If you are an eligible voter and

4. Timeline: Voting begins on June 15th, 2026 and ends on 29th June, 2026
