Voter Opt-In & Eligibility Verification As we prepare the ballots for the upcoming Condorcet voting process, we are asking all eligible voters to explicitly opt-in <https://civs1.civs.us/cgi-bin/opt_in.pl> to ensure you receive your voting link. If you do not opt-in, you will not receive your ballot in your email, and you will not be able to vote.
