in response to Ctrl or Alt 5 times
i have had a problem across many systems (all w98, w95, not sure about w2k)
a left click on some place or other brings up the right click menu, inside apps
sometimes, on the desktop sometimes
this is solved by right clicking with the right shift key down, this is very
reliable in restoring the state of whatever went out of sync in the first place
