| I'm not really sure about your process, but the rotation whilst moving
| should be easy.
| Left click drag the component and use your shift bar to rotate in 90 degree
| steps.

That is only if your rotation step is set to 90 degree. Mine is 45 degree.
Space Bar will rotate one way, shift space witll rotate the other.
