"CRLF" means "Carriage Return / Line Feed"
obviously the Line 2793 is empty and ends with this CRLF. 
The importer seems to look for an integer consisting of 3 numbers, all it
gets is this CRLF.
Perhaps the definition of this Footprint CR10NR lacks a definition of Value,
Position or somewhat similar.
I have never worked with PADS, so I don't know the exact file format, but
that's what I would read out of this message.
