Let your board house do it for you! I also have toyed with this and, if you
really want to do it yourself, can recommend to use Camtastic for it rather
than Protel. But keep in mind, that it is hard work to do and that there
are a lot of chances to produce errors. I have copied the individual Layers
and pasted them mirrored on the requested Layer. I didn't spend much time
in it, probably there is a better way to do it.
I have posted a message to this forum on the occasion of the "Protel or
Camtastic" thread where I'm addressing this feature for flipped PCB copys
as a requirement for a (suggested) panelizing-server. Maybe that we have to
put our ideas and requirements together to propose to Altium a new AND
useful extension for P99SE!
