They are not on the Sch, they are hidden.  In my case, at least.  I hide 
pin numbers and names on simple components.

We use EBC, GDS, AK (and things like A1/K1A2/K2 etc for series 
diodes...)  works well for us.  But doesn't clutter the SCH as the pin 
names and numbers are hidden.

We have had to buy reversed pin versions of some SOT-23 in the distant 
past.  One stuff-up was enough for me.
