Hi Darren

{oldtext=newtext}, where, in your case, newtext=Xoldtext

eg {J=XJ}.

Make sure you filter out the "J's" you want, otherwise "JP" will also change
to "XJP".

If you wish to make the change case specific, put a "!" in front of the
oldtext, eg. {!J=XJ}, which will only change capital "J's", ie "j" would not
be affected.
