The spacing between the pins on several sources of DB-25 connectors is around .050-.055, while standard board thickness is .062. I can jam the board in with a lot of force, but I have seen DB-25 connectors with the pins sort of formed, where a regular board slides in nicely. Does anyone know who makes those DB-25 connectors with the slightly wider spacing between pins on the back? Or alternately does anyone know of a source for PCB material that is around .050 thick instead of .062. (Two sided board) I would use the PC mount version of the DB-25, but it doesn't fit in the little plastic std housing. Thanks for any help you can give.
